Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking an energetic Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe, and results-driven classes. You will plan, cue music, demonstrate movements, and ensure proper form for participants of all fitness levels. This role emphasizes motivation, inclusivity, and safe equipment use.

You will track hours, promote programs, and collaborate with the Program Manager to deliver high-quality sessions. Current Group Fitness certification preferred; specialty format certifications may be required

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of exercise science principles and safe training techniques.
• General understanding of anatomy and kinesiology.
• Experience with group fitness instruction, including music timing and cueing.
• High energy level and physical stamina.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate exercises clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured group fitness classes with safe pacing.
• Demonstrate exercises with clear cueing and proper form.
• Accurately record hours and manage studio equipment and setup.
• Promote gym programs and welcome new participants.
