Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Rally House values through positive teamwork and engagement with peers.
• Operate according to playbooks, loss prevention and safety guidelines; report issues to leadership.
• Execute merchandising tasks (folding, hanging, replenishment, recovery) and support floor moves under guidance.
• Deliver a welcoming, energetic customer experience using the Rally House brand approach.
• Contribute to daily sales goals through service behaviors and support promotions and events.
