Job summary

Casey Auto Group, a full-time opportunity on our service drive, seeks a Service Greeter/Service Lot Attendant. You will be the first friendly contact for customers, escort them to their Service Advisor, and assist with tasks while ensuring vehicles are prepped and ready for inspection and service.

Expect a fast-paced environment with 40+ hours weekly, shifts from 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, and some holidays. Must be 18+, with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and multi-tasking abilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and escort to Service Advisor.
• Assist Service Advisors with tasks.
• Dress vehicles for service (covers).
• Perform initial vehicle checks and battery tests.
• Attach key tags and move vehicles safely.
