Job summary

Stars and Strikes is seeking outgoing servers to join our Woodstock team in a family-friendly entertainment center. You’ll provide an enjoyable guest experience, serve food and beverages promptly, and handle payments while ensuring responsible service of alcohol.

Responsibilities include knowing the menu inside and out, engaging with guests, and delivering memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and guest service driven.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• 1-year serving experience preferred.
• Must meet the required age for your state.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and memorable experience.
• Know the menu inside and out.
• Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions.
• Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments.
• Ensures ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to Guest needs promptly.
