Villa Verde in Greenville, NC is seeking four server/bartender team members to join our 25-person staff. The role emphasizes guest service, menu recommendations, and timely delivery of meals and drinks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player.
• Must be outgoing & energetic.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Previous serving experience is a plus.
• Previous bartending experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service to ensure satisfaction.
• Make menu recommendations, answer questions and share additional information with restaurant guest.
• Inform customers of daily specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS ordering software.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Addressing customer complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate.
• Checking the quality of dishes before serving to the guests.
