Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates to be in the heart of the action. Deliver outstanding customer service while driving strong sales, with a passion for engaging shoppers and keeping merchandise organized.

Positions require 16+ years old, flexible scheduling, comfort with technology (cash registers, handheld devices) and strong communication. You’ll help on the floor and at checkout, with training provided and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology (cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with customers.
• Able to handle interactions courteously and professionally.
• Able to learn procedures through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, handling multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns by offering solutions and exchanges when possible.
• Communicate merchandise needs to management in a timely manner.
