Cellairis is seeking a Brand Advocate in Ringgold, GA to drive walk-by conversions and represent our retail brand with energy and enthusiasm. You will engage customers, present offers, and guide them toward store visits and purchases.

Reliability, physical stamina, and a customer-focused attitude are essential. You’ll apply persuasive scripts, build relationships, and work in a fast-paced retail environment to meet sales goals while maintaining a professional appearance and strong product

Competenze

Excellent communication skills, high energy and approachability are required.
Ability to develop relationships with clients and provide genuine customer service.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; professional appearance is important.

Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors.
Use AIDA-based scripts to engage passersby and drive visits to the store.
