Job summary

Cellairis is seeking a Brand Advocate in Register, Georgia to drive customer conversions at the walk-by entry doors. You will entice passersby with free products and use AIDA-based scripts to guide them toward a store visit and purchase.

The role requires high energy, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with clients while presenting positive, customer-focused service. This is a fast-paced retail position with multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Cognizant of spending time with the right prospective customers.
• Physical skill requirements: Stand for long periods of time, Lift 25 Lbs.
• Own reliable transportation/Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk by entry doors.
• Use AIDA model based scripts to get walk-by customers to the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade and encourage customers to show broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join mailing list.
• Explain special offers and drive customers to visit the store and make a purchase.
