Job summary

Livello in Florida is seeking an energetic Restaurant Server to join our vibrant dining team. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure an exceptional dining experience from start to finish, delivering friendly service with attention to detail.

In this role you will use Toast POS and OpenTable, upsell menu items, maintain sanitation, and support colleagues during busy shifts. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles emphasizing high service standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions.
• Ability to manage time and multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Cash handling basics and accuracy in bill/tip processing.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Experience in serving or host duties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating, using reservation systems as needed.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate special requests clearly to kitchen/bar.
• Operate Toast POS to process orders, payments, and tips efficiently.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and sales opportunities.
• Serve food and drinks promptly with proper presentation and cleanliness.
• Clear tables, bussing, and assist with kitchen or station support as required.
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions and resolving concerns to ensure satisfaction.
