Responsibilities

• Display working knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen equipment use.
• Follow company recipes, portion controls, presentation specifications and prep lists.
• Consistently ensure the prep station remains clean and organized.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and embody an environment of teamwork.
• Demonstrate an eagerness to refine skills and desire to learn and grow.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle varying levels of business volume with composure & a positive attitude.
• Perform all opening and closing duties assigned by managers.
• Follow all safety and state guidelines for preventing transmission of Covid-19 and other illnesses.
