Level99 is a sprawling entertainment venue offering over 50 life-sized mini-games and a full-service bar and restaurant. The Prep Cook will prepare food according to recipes, keep a clean kitchen, and support high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

We are seeking someone with 1–2 years in a prep cook role, high-energy, and strong teamwork skills. The role requires the ability to stand long hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years as a prep cook in a high-volume F&B operation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintains a positive, respectful attitude towards all team members.

Responsibilities

• Bring a positive, warm, approachable attitude to your work every day; uphold kitchen standards from delivery to guest service.
• Follow all recipes, preparation procedures, and par levels as determined by Culinary Leadership.
• Work with urgency to meet or exceed food delivery times.
• Communicate ordering needs accurately to Culinary Leadership.
• Maintain a clean and organized space and adhere to sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Remain composed and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Other duties, as assigned.
