Job summary

CAMP in Houston is seeking a high-energy Mascot & Guest Experience Host to blend full-costume mascot performances with engaging storytelling and in-store sales. This hybrid role places you at the frontline, delighting families as you bring beloved characters to life and guide play, shopping, and experiences across the store.

You will learn scripts, improvise, manage lines for meet-and-greets, and adapt activities to different ages.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles and child-friendly environments is helpful.
• Must be comfortable performing in a mascot costume and engaging guests.

Responsibilities

• Mascot performance in full-body costume at meet-and-greets, shows, and events.
• Deliver scripted and improvised dialogue within immersive experiences.
• Lead guided play activities and supervise guest flow when not in costume.
• Drive in-store sales through personalized shopping and product recommendations.
• Maintain store readiness, setup/breakdown, and safety protocols.
