Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Charlotte, NC seeks Costumed Characters (Mascots) for a large-scale, family-friendly immersive experience. This role features scripted dialogue and improvisation while engaging with kids and families.

The schedule ranges from 5 to 30 hours per week, a 6-month contract with possible extension, and requires you to work day, evening, and weekend shifts. Local applicants with reliable transportation are welcome; housing and transportation are not provided.

Qualifications

• Must be between 5’2” and 5’4” with an average build and stamina.
• Fully costumed including bodysuit and full headpiece.
• Mascot costume is full body and head-worn; wearing the costume is an essential function.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be local with reliable transportation; housing and transportation are NOT provided.
• You are authorized to work in the United States.
• This is a non-union job.

• Engage with kids and families using scripted dialogue and improvisation.
• Represent the character in a large-scale immersive experience.
