Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Line Cooks to fuel a fast-paced theater kitchen. You will follow approved recipes, prepare items and work with the team to deliver fresh, tasty meals to guests between showtimes.

We value high energy, a friendly attitude, and reliability. Duties include maintaining cleanliness, following safety rules, assisting servers, and adapting to a dynamic cinema environment. Applicants must be at least 16, complete basic food handling training, and be able to work evenings,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification/health card/food handlers permit.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for employees who work with alcohol.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provides excellent Guest service and communicates effectively with guests of all ages.
• Must be able to converse in and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all items per approved recipes and portion controls.
• Follows daily prep lists.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper storage per health regulations.
• Minimizes food waste and theft through proper procedures.
• Collaborates with servers to ensure accurate orders.
• Cleans work areas and equipment after use, excluding pizza dough sheeter tasks for under 18s.
• Opens or closes a workstation as scheduled.
• Maintains professional Cinemark attire and image.
• Follows SOPs and safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Sanitizes high-contact areas regularly.
• Uses PPE as required and adapts to cleaning tasks frequency.
