Two Maids Naperville is looking for energetic cleaners to join a growing team in Naperville. The role involves cleaning homes in two-person teams, using our system and supplies, to deliver exceptional results and happy clients.

Benefits include a flexible schedule, PTO, and opportunities for advancement. Training is provided; a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle are required, with bilingual candidates a plus.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; training provided.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Live within 10 miles of 60540.
• Able to work in two-person teams.

Responsibilities

• Clean houses in two-person teams using the Two Maids system, products and equipment.
• Keep a positive, detail-oriented approach to delivering sparkling clean results for clients.
• Adhere to schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am–3:30pm; some nights and every other weekend; no holidays.
