Job summary

The Little Gym of Duluth is seeking energetic, dependable coaches to lead kids through movement, gymnastics, and play. You’ll teach classes with our proven curriculum, and foster a warm, encouraging environment where children build confidence, coordination, and independence.

You will engage with parents, host birthday parties and camps, and bring great energy to every shift. Training is provided; prior experience in gymnastics or child development is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Love working with kids
• Experience in gymnastics, dance, cheer, education, sports, or child development is a plus
• Able to create a warm, fun, encouraging environment for children

Compensation

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe. We are looking for fun, outgoing, talented individuals who are looking to make a difference in their community.

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
