Job summary

UFC GYM is looking for an energetic Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging and results-driven fitness classes. Ideal candidates should be passionate about health and wellness, with the ability to motivate participants of all fitness levels.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering classes, educating participants on proper exercise techniques, and ensuring a safe and positive class environment. Certifications in Group Fitness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of exercise science principles and safe training techniques.
• General understanding of anatomy and kinesiology.
• Experience with group fitness instruction, including music timing and cueing.
• High energy level and physical stamina.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured, effective group fitness classes.
• Select appropriate music and incorporate safe, well-paced choreography.
• Demonstrate exercises while providing clear cueing.
• Ensure safe use of all equipment and enforce studio guidelines.
• Welcome and orient new participants.
