Job summary

EōS Fitness in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to energize members and lead high-energy classes. You will promote a fun, results-focused workout, while maintaining studio cleanliness and supporting ongoing education.

Must hold a national Group Fitness certification and CPR/AED certification. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered to eligible employees.

The successful candidate must be capable of answering questions and concerns of participants, solicit feedback about the class, be dependable and consistent in class schedule starting and ending times, maintain a positive and professional attitude towards members, while promoting the gym and Group Fitness classes. Essential Purpose: Engage and "wow" our members in every class by creating a sense of community with a fun results focused group workout where everyone feels successful.

Other Responsibilities:

• Group Fitness Studio cleanliness
• Building and equipment maintenance and safety
• Continuing Education

• Safety and reporting of incidents/injuries

Requirements for Success:

• Great fitness role model and motivator.
• Good musicality (stays on the beat, this isn't applicable to all classes most though).
• Clear communicator (cues well).
• Dependable.

Required Certifications:

• MUST have a Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification
• MUST have a valid CPR/AED Certification

Hourly Pay Range

$15 - $35 USD
