Job summary

Findlay Community Center, operated by TriHealth, is seeking a Part-time Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging classes for all fitness levels at 1811 Vine Street, Cincinnati.

You will create an inclusive, motivating environment, assess participants, and promote health and wellness across the Over-the-Rhine community. Auditions are required, and PRN roles may not include full TriHealth benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS).
• Current Group Fitness Instructor Certification.
• Successful audition for group instructor role required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, motivating group fitness classes for participants of all levels.
• Educate, monitor and encourage class participants.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to support center operations and services.
• Develop individual exercise recommendations and interpret fitness assessments as needed.
• Lead fitness floor supervision to ensure member safety and program progression.
