Job summary

Arts Alley is seeking an Energetic Food Server Assistant to share the story by delivering an exceptional dining experience and being attentive to guests' needs. The Server Assistant will deliver orders quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, assisting food servers, and maintaining cleanliness in service areas while upholding our hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Education or Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–2 years hospitality experience.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, interpret business documents and communicate clearly.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic for budgeting and handling transactions.
• Reasoning Ability: Problem-solve, interpret instructions, and respond to customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders quickly and accurately from kitchen to guests.
• Clear and reset tables to maintain dining room flow.
• Demonstrate professional, courteous behavior aligned with company culture.
• Monitor food quality and presentation during service.
• Handle guest requests and relay messages to team members.
• Assist food servers by running food and bussing tables.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas.
