Avalonvi is seeking an energetic, dependable Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, and daily event activities at on-site venues in Kansas City. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and staying active while contributing to a professional event environment.

You will help with setup, attendee welcome, product information, displays, and follow-up activities, while training and growing in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and organizing promotional events.
• Help with event setup, operation, and breakdown.

• Support customer outreach and lead generation activities.
