Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking a Dancing Bartender in the Beverage department. This role requires daily dance performances and strong guest service, with the ability to engage guests while preparing and serving drinks.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and capable of multitasking in a lively environment, with experience in bartending or as an apprentice bartender preferred. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in writing and verbally.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Experience delivering friendly guest service and handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold Company Service Standards at all times.
• Perform routines and dances in front of guests and large crowds as assigned.
• Communicate with guests to meet immediate needs.
• Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to guests promptly.
• Ring up orders in the POS system and socialize with guests.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service standards and manage intoxicated guests as needed.
• Make recommendations to guests and answer questions about beverages.
