Job summary

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is seeking a passionate Dance Instructor to lead private and group classes across the week, helping students reach personal dance goals and grow in their journey. You will join a high-energy team and contribute to a welcoming studio environment.

Students range in age and skill, and you will attend weekday evenings and some weekend events with your classes, delivering engaging, motivating instruction and maintaining an active studio culture.

• Successful Dance Instructors: Are self-motivated, enthusiastic and 100% passionate about dance.
• Have outstanding customer service skills.
• Understand what it takes to be successful and are willing to commit to the work.
• Hold themselves accountable.
• Are unselfish team players.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students to reach their personal dance goals through many different ways.
• Attend events including some weekday evenings and weekends with your students.
• Work with a team to enrich students' lives through dance.
