The Little Gym of Silver Spring in Gilbert is seeking a Dance Instructor who brings energy and a love of kids and dance to our fun, fast-paced environment. You will deliver a structured curriculum that emphasizes Serious Fun with health and safety at the forefront, while helping families feel welcomed and supported.

You’ll join a team that values learning, growth, and community engagement, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training to sharpen your dance and teaching skills.

Qualifications

• Background knowledge of dance basics, including Ballet, Tap, or Hip Hop.
• Experience teaching children in a gym or classroom setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe space for children to learn and fall in love with Dance.
• Teach amazing dance/gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience to members and families.
• Keep the gym and lobby area clean and disinfected at all times.
