The Little Gym International in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Dance Instructor who loves kids and loves to dance. You will deliver on our Serious Fun curriculum, keeping a safe, energetic, and engaging environment for children. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy making every class memorable, this role is for you.

We’re looking for someone who can teach with energy, uphold safety standards, and provide outstanding customer service in a welcoming space for families.

Qualifications

• Love for kids and enthusiasm for dance.
• Background knowledge of dance basics, including Ballet, Tap, or Hip Hop.
• Experience teaching or leading activities with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe space for children to learn and fall in love with Dance!
• Teach amazing dance/gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
• Provide outstanding customer service and treat members like family.
• Keep gym and lobby area clean and disinfected at all times.
