Fred Astaire Dance Studios is seeking a dynamic Dance Coach to lead private and group classes across the week. You will guide students toward personal dance goals, from single events to ongoing growth, while engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about dance with strong customer service.
• Willing to attend weekday evenings and weekends.
• Ability to conduct private and group classes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach personal dance goals through events and lessons.
• Attend weekday evenings and some weekends for events with students.
• Maintain high energy, customer-focused coaching and accountability.
