Responsibilities

• Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Input orders into a POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Prepare cold and hot subs per customer specifications following safety and sanitation rules.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, grills, and slicers.
• Keep the restaurant clean including tables, floors, utensils, and restrooms.
• Communicate with team and management to coordinate schedules and train new staff.
• Address customer concerns professionally and resolve problems per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Maintain neat appearance and adhere to uniform and dress code.
