Job summary

White Castle in Ohio is seeking friendly, energetic Crew Managers to lead daily operations in a fast-paced setting. You will organize shifts, manage cash, oversee inventory, and elevate customer service while supervising a team on site.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of food service or management experience.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment.
• Promote and drive White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and scheduling.
• Handle cash and daily sales reconciliation.
• Manage inventory and oversee product quality.
• Supervise customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Motivate and lead the team on shift.
• Operate drive-thru and fryer/griddle, prepare orders.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
