Responsibilities

• Assist culinary leadership in production and fabrication of food products.
• Develop knowledge and skills in cooking procedures.
• Use knives and various kitchen equipment.
• Read and recreate recipes.
• Maintain consistency in all food preparation.
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization.
• Work with a world-class culinary team.
• Create and prepare workstations with needed ingredients.
