Job summary

The Brook in Seabrook, NH is seeking Cocktail Servers for a tipped, guest-focused role across the casino, bar, lounge, and dining areas.

As part of a 100% employee-owned company, you will deliver fast, friendly beverage service while upholding responsible alcohol service and earning competitive tips. This role supports the community through 35% of revenue donated to charitable causes.

Qualifications

• Prior cocktail serving or beverage service experience preferred.
• 3+ strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling POS transactions accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Certification in Responsible Alcohol Server/Seller or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous beverage service to guests across the property.
• Take drink orders, process POS transactions, and deliver beverages accurately.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per company policies and state regulations.
• Recommend beverage selections and answer guest questions.
• Verify guest IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain clean, stocked service stations and assist with setups.
• Create a positive, engaging experience for guests and teammates.
