Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking full-time energetic certified Personal Trainers. A training certification is required; no prior experience is necessary as training is provided.

We value people who are willing to grind and put in the work, bringing positive energy to our hour-long workouts. As a Fitness Coach you will lead our 1-hour group workouts, motivate members, ensure proper form, and help clients reach goals.

Qualifications

• AED/CPR certified among required qualifications.
• Current fitness certification from an approved education company is required.
• Ability to motivate and lead group workouts with energy and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve fitness goals.
• Ensure members perform movements with proper form and provide corrections.
• Understand heart-rate focused training concepts and apply them.
• Demonstrate safe use of all equipment used in workouts.
• Be a collaborative team player in a studio environment.
