ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are hiring Team Members in Austin, TX. This entry‑level role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, guiding guests through wash options, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming location.

The position supports a fast-paced environment, training is provided, and opportunities for growth exist within the company. All duties are performed outdoors across different areas of the site.

Qualifications

• No car wash experience required; training provided
• Friendly, energetic, dependable who enjoys helping guests
• Able to communicate clearly and work well with a team
• Able to stay active in a fast-paced outdoor environment

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to guests
• Welcome guests and explain wash services and memberships
• Direct vehicles safely through the wash tunnel
• Operate in pay station, tunnel, vacuum and other guest areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Represent the brand with a positive attitude and appearance
