ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are hiring for Team Members in Austin, Texas. Earn $12.00–$14.00 per hour as part of a full-time or part-time role at our busy car wash locations.

Training is provided, no prior car wash experience required, and you’ll gain valuable customer service and teamwork skills. Be part of a fast-paced, outdoor work environment where you will help guests choose services, operate the wash, and keep the site clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to engage with guests.
• Friendly, energetic, dependable and team-friendly.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and guest service to every customer.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and help customers understand wash services and membership options.
• Recommend products and services based on guest needs.
• Safely direct vehicles into and through the car wash tunnel.
• Work in pay station, tunnel, vacuum area, and other guest-facing areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Work as part of a team to keep the location operating efficiently.
