Webb Automotive Group is seeking an automotive sales consultant in Highland, IN. This full-time role involves helping customers purchase vehicles, demonstrating product knowledge, and building lasting relationships through referrals.

You will participate in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with opportunities for career growth, competitive pay, and benefits. Evening and weekend work are required as part of the role, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales goals.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Evenings and Weekends mandatory.
• Fast learner.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with customers by helping them select a vehicle through questions, listening, and a positive attitude.
• Grow and demonstrate knowledge of product offerings, packages, and vehicle technology.
• Perform high-quality demonstrations of vehicles for interested customers.
• Follow up with customers to establish lasting relationships and referrals.
• Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations to improve appointments and demos.
• Report to Sales Manager to set monthly objectives, plan events, and analyze performance.
• Meet and exceed dealership sales goals daily with a positive attitude and through business development.
