Qualifications
- Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
- Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
- Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
- Meet safety and sanitation standards
- Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
- Works well in a team environment
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have weekend availability
Responsibilities
- Prepare products according to operational and quality standards.
- Serve products with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment.
- Work as part of a team to meet Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.
