Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe | Smyrna is seeking friendly Crew Members to deliver Unparalleled Hospitality while preparing fresh ingredients for our food and smoothies.

You will work in a fast-paced cafe, maintain clean stations, assist customers at the register, and follow all brand safety and sanitation policies.

Most shifts range from 4 to 8 hours with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays commonly required. Applicants must be legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with crew members and customers, delivering Unparalleled Hospitality.
• Prepares ingredients for food and smoothies.
• Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies to standard.
• Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Sets up and monitors work stations in the cafe.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, dining area, restrooms and other areas.
• Operates the register, takes orders, handles cash, and manages drawer.
• Follows all safety and security policies.
