Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Café in Nashville is looking for Crew Members to support daily cafe operations. You will interact with customers and fellow crew, prepare ingredients, assemble and serve food and smoothies, and ensure clean, safe work areas.

Shifts are four to eight hours with early mornings or late evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compliance with sanitation, safety policies, and brand standards is required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with crew members and customers using Tropitude.
• Delivers hospitality to each customer that visits our café.
• Prepares ingredients for our food and smoothies.
• Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to standards.
• Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the cafe.
• Operates the register including taking customer orders, handling cash, and managing the drawer.
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
• Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe.
