Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Creates a fun-filled and exciting environment where the execution of 'Fast and Flawless' service is paramount.
• Provides timely, accurate, and courteous beverage service to all guests while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follows all cash handling procedures as described in department-specific cash handling procedures and internal controls.
• Ensures all drink requests are properly rung on MICROS systems.
• Adheres to all service standards.
• Abides by all laws pertaining to the service and sale of alcoholic beverages as provided in the property alcohol management program.
• Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrah's, and encourages others to do the same.
• Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures.
• Performs all related duties as assigned
