Job summary

Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia seeks a bartender to ensure consistent drink quality by preparing orders quickly and per company recipes. You will maintain a clean, sanitary bar area and deliver superior guest service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, knowing beer, wine, spirits and cocktails, using the POS system, handling cash and cards, and working with the team to provide an outstanding guest experience while following Health Code and Alcohol Regulations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.
• Ability to use POS and process cash/credit payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and attend to their needs.
• Prepare drinks quickly following recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain clean, sanitary bar area while serving guests.
• Ensure alcohol is served following health and safety rules.
• Work with team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
