Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia seeks a Food Server to join our energetic venue known for live music, bowling, and acclaimed dining in Fishtown. You will handle the full service flow—from menu clarification to presenting checks, ensuring accuracy and a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include taking orders, maintaining station cleanliness, and working closely with kitchen and bar teams in a high-volume setting. A customer-first attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Food Worker / Health Card required.
• Valid RAMP certification required.
• Previous experience in customer service, food service, restaurant or other related fields.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of food and beverage service in the venue.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dining or service area.
• Greet guests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take orders and input into POS, ensuring accuracy.
• Handle payments and coordinate with kitchen for timely service.
• Collaborate with team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
