Luke’s Lobster is reopening the Dry Dock in Portland’s Old Port, offering Front of House roles (Servers, Bartenders, Support) at 84 Commercial Street. Join a brand-new, high-volume seafood concept with a fresh, modern twist and a dynamic, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in bartending or serving in a high-volume setting preferred; willing to train the right person for support roles.
• Friendly, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10-25 lbs as needed.
• Ability to handle shellfish / tolerate exposure to shellfish allergen (required)

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive service and create a welcoming environment for all.
• Accurately take, prepare, and serve food and beverages.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Support daily setup, breakdown, and side work as needed.
