We’re seeking Front of House teammates who are excited to be part of a brand-new opening! Ideal candidates will have experience with new restaurant launches and are eager to shape a high-volume, multi-floor restaurant with expansive outdoor decks and a full beverage and raw bar program. About the Dry Dock

Originally opened in 1983 and closed in 2018, the Dry Dock is a two-story restaurant facing the waterfront that will re-open with an expanded deck and renovated interiors this summer. The Luke’s Lobster team will operate the restaurant located at 84 Commercial Street, just down the street from their first Maine location on Portland Pier.

The Dry Dock will feature high quality, and responsibly sourced seafood including a premier raw bar in a warm, inviting atmosphere, with a full beverage program, intended for both visitors and locals alike.

Luke’s Lobster was founded in 2009 by Maine native and third-generation lobsterman, Luke Holden, to bring the quality lobster rolls of his youth to NYC. A certified B Corp, Luke’s now has over 25 locations across the US, locations in Japan and Singapore, and can be found in grocery stores nationwide.
