Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a bartender at our Springfield, IL location. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, take guest orders, and ensure a high-energy, fun atmosphere. You’ll engage with guests, recommend drinks, and help maintain a clean bar area.

Minimum age 21 with alcohol-service certification; prior bartending experience is a plus, with training provided. Competitive pay, same-day pay options, and flexible scheduling are offered to support a dynamic team

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Take food and drink orders from Guests at the bar.
Engage with Guests and create a fun, social experience.
Recommend drinks, menu items, and promotions.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area.
Check identification to ensure Guests meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Replace kegs and restock bottles of alcohol when necessary.
Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures.
Collect and accurately process guest payments per Company Standard Procedures.
Take food and beverage orders from serving staff or directly from Guests.
