Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a quality hospitality venue.
• A passion for cocktails and guest service.
• A warm, friendly and professional approach with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits and beverages to the highest standard
• Delivering engaging and personalised service to every guest
• Sharing your knowledge of our drinks menu and making recommendations
• Maintaining a clean, organised and fully stocked bar
• Building strong relationships with guests and creating memorable experiences
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service
