Job summary

Xfinity Live! in Arlington, TX is seeking a Barback to support One Ranger Way Luxury Apartment venue. You will assist in basic bar prep, stock supplies, and maintain a clean, welcoming bar area for guests.

The role requires energy, reliability, and the ability to work nights, weekends, or holidays. Fluent English is required; alcohol handling certification is preferred. This is an on-site position at a busy entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar/nightclub operations.
• Fluent English; other languages preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old (varies by state).
• Communication skills used when interacting with guests, cooks and staff.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food handler permit as required.
• Reading and writing abilities used for orders and paperwork.
• Basic math used regularly for transactions.
• May be required to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic bar prep: refill ice bins, restock beer/liquor, cut garnishes.
• Change empty kegs; move full kegs to keg room.
• Keep bar area clean; spill cleanup and trash removal.
• Organize bar and drinkware.
• Clear and clean bar promptly.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Provide polite, professional customer service.
• Communicate clearly and humorously with coworkers and guests.
• Complete all assigned side work.
