Angels Rock Bar Baltimore is seeking a Barback to support a world class nightclub experience at 10 Market Pl, Baltimore, MD. You will assist behind the bar with prep, restocking, keg changes, and keeping the venue clean, fast-paced, and organized for guests and staff.

This tipped position offers an hourly rate of $3.63 plus tips. Ideal candidates are 18 years or older (depending on state rules), fluent in English, with food service experience and strong communication skills ready to work nights,

Qualifications

• Food service experience with knowledge of bar/nightclub operations.
• Must speak fluent English; additional languages preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old (depending on state regulations).
• Strong communication and math skills for orders and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Show energy and professionalism while serving guests.
• Perform basic prep behind the bar: refilling ice, restocking beer/liquor, garnishes.
• Change empty kegs and move full kegs as needed.
• Keep bar clean and tidy, handle spills and trash.
• Organize bar and drinkware, and clear bar promptly.
• Provide polite, professional customer service.
