Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the restaurant/bar.
• Share knowledge of the food menu and spirits/beer/wine.
• Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to restaurant, bar and golf guests.
• Serve guests in restaurant and golf course areas with outstanding service.
• Ensure cleanliness of restaurant, bar, gaming and food & beverage areas.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks, stock ice, glassware and supplies.
• Assist with inventory management and notify manager of shortages.
• Comply with safety and sanitation ordinances and liquor laws.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient service.
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments.
