Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred, but not required.
• Friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Proper dress code to maintain neat and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games.
• Greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Accurately take guests' food and drink orders.
• Enter orders into Micros correctly and in sequence; handle modifications and charges.
• Process payments and cash handling accurately; manage station cash balance.
• Keep station clean; assist with opening/closing duties and resets as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and ability to answer questions.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy service environment.
