Job summary

The National MS Society seeks a market-based fundraising leader to drive revenue for Endurance Bike MS campaigns in Wisconsin. You will cultivate major gifts, activate teams and donors, and align local efforts with regional goals, reporting to AVP and coordinating with the regional team.

As the senior fundraiser in the market, you’ll focus on strategic leadership, donor experiences, and scalable regional collaboration while supporting frontline fundraising execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development with a track record.
• Proven ability to manage donor pipelines and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong leadership and project management; can coordinate volunteers or staff.
• Proficient in CRM and data analysis to inform planning and reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with experience aligning plans to organizational goals.
• Experience planning donor events and grant proposals.
• Company supports growth with structured development pathways.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and meet campaign fundraising goals in the market.
• Lead as the market’s lead fundraiser for assigned campaigns and activities.
• Adapt national strategies to fit local context and donor trends.
• Report pacing, surface risks, and adjust execution with leadership.
• Coordinate frontline activity and support peer fundraisers.
• Use CRM dashboards to inform decisions and improve tactics.
