Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking an Endur Mid-Level Developer/Technical Consultant to help clients optimize their trading and risk management platforms. You will work on Endur JVS and OpenComponents, with a focus on integrating SQL and .NET-based services within a dynamic energy sector environment.

The role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Houston-based or flexible location with Houston preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commodities industry, consulting, or vendor roles.
• Strong Endur functional knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding of energy supply, trading, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to evaluate challenges and discuss technical solutions.
• Lead discussions on client technology ecosystems selection and creation.
• Share best practices for overall technical solution designs and guide client conversations.
• Configure and extend applications to meet business needs.
• Design and build technical solutions with long-term supportability in mind.
• Design and create architectures to capture data for reporting, analysis and integration.
• Design and create cloud-based environments to enable project delivery and manage production systems.
